Age: 16
Sex: Female
Chief concern: Food packing in lower right quadrant and lower crowding
Case diagnostics: Class 1 incisor with impacted 47 and lower
Active treatment time: 12 months
Initial set: 1-12 plus 3 over corrections, finished at 12, 1-6 Flex 6-12 Force
Refinement: 16-24 Force and 3 over corrections so total of 8 plus 3 i.e., 11 finished at 25
Digital Bonding: Lower indirect bonding with Clarity brackets did not bond 7’s initially, picked up later once into 16 x 22 arch wire. Some IPR planned in lower arch to prevent proclination or at least limit it Total number of aligners: 27 (although she only used 23), initial 12 (although 15 in that set) see above and then refinement of 10 (although there were 12 in that set)
Wear interval: 10 days
