If you choose to submit a Dental Case Study to Solventum, then by making the submission, you agree that the following terms apply, regardless of any contrary statements accompanying your submission (“Terms of Submission”):

Acceptance of your submission imposes no obligations on Solventum, in particular no obligation to review your submission, respond to you, or issue any payment or any other compensation.

You are authorized to make the submission, and your submission does not include confidential information, proprietary know-how, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any other person or party.

You confirm that the dental materials used in your Dental Case Study were used in accordance with the IFU of the respective material issued by the manufacturer and that your Dental Case Study complies with scientifically accepted standards.

You confirm that you will not use and your submission does not contain clinical images or personal data that might show the patient in a recognizable or identifiable way or which might violate their privacy.

As appropriate, Solventum may review and amend your submission to comply with Solventum´s internal standards as regards compliance, proper use of trademarks and other obligations.

With submitting a Dental Case Study you principally agree to waive certain copyrights you may have, wherein details of such a waiver will be subject to a separate agreement.

In case Solventum intends to publish your Dental Case Study on a Solventum internet page, blog or use your submission in another format for other purposes, Solventum will contact you via the contact details entered below.

Where Solventum feels that your submission does not comply with the requirements outlined above, in particular if your submission includes inadmissible data, we regret that we will be unable to publish, and the submission will not be retained but will be deleted by us.
