With a Master degree in General Dentistry at Kaunas Medical University (1999-2004), Adomas completed his training with various specializations and courses in the field of Oral surgery, Periodontology, Aesthetic dentistry and Oral rehabilitation. He obtained the Diploma in Periodontology at the Kaunas Medical University Clinics (KMUC) in 2009. In 2015 he defended his PhD in the field of Biomedical Sciences, Dentistry at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Has been working as assistant lecturer at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Clinic of Dental and Oral Pathology in 2008-2019.Since 2023 Adomas is European Prosthodontic Association Recognized Specialist in Prosthodontics. Currently, he works as restorative dentist specialized in aesthetic dentistry and complex dental rehabilitation in private clinic in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Since 2009 Adomas is a lecturer at the Lithuanian Dental Chamber, gives lectures and teaches practical courses. Since 2007 he gave more than 150 presentations and courses nationally and internationally.
